German luxury sports carmaker Porsche on Wednesday said it will guarantee the jobs of 9000 workers at three domestic places until 2015. Porsche also plans to invest more than 500 million Euros in its operations in Germany, a statement said. The decision includes the facility in Zuffenhausen, Ludwigsburg and Weissach, near the Porsche headquarters in Stuttgart, southern Germany.

This is valid until July 2015 and employs 100 workers, including a year at the end of their training period. Investments will focus on increasing production capacity and encourage innovation, the statement said. Among the changes planned by the Porsche is a shift in the construction of models Boxster and Cayman from Finland to Germany, although the Finnish Valmet Automotive suppliers will continue to build Caymen agencies.
